Jay Victah: Chicago, IL, United States; Im a local Chicago pop artist, Started creating art at a small age but got serious when i was about 18, i was aware i was good at it so i decided to persue what i loved. My work consist of alot of mediums but mainly Spray paint, Acrylic, Black and white ink work.
